Off Season is the month of May (except Memorial Day Weekend). The first two weeks of June (excluding Fridays & Saturdays) and September 12 through November 1 (excluding Fridays & Saturdays)

Additional person(s) $10 each per night. Pet dogs allowed in Motel Rooms and Efficiencies Only. Pet dogs $20 each per night - Not to be left alone in the rooms. All rates subject to 7% State Lodging Tax.
Reservation/Cancellation Policy: A deposit of one night plus tax is taken on your credit card at the time of the reservation. For cancellations made more than seven days before arrival there is a $10 per night cancellation fee with a refund of the balance of the deposit. For cancellations made within seven days of arrival the deposit is forfeited. There is no refund for early departures.
